Dear Reader! Even a flower never thinks of comparison with Flower next to it. It just blooms. Learn from this You are not born to compare but to compete. There’s a difference between comparison and competition. Everyone has different qualities. How can you compare yourself with the quality of others! Seek your strength and achieve a level with that. It’s the best option.

Why are you wasting Yourself in Negativity?

Why are you wasting yourself in negativity? It’s not a big issue to be inferior. You can transfer your inferiority into superiority. It requires determination and hard work. Rather than showing others that they’re inferior. Be ready for making yourself distinguished.

Oh, dear! Nothing is impossible in this World. I can understand your weaknesses are making you be so. But you should know one thing your weakness is strength itself. If you’re unable to do so something you will be ashamed and try it more than other things. Remember the day when Arunima Sinha lost her leg But her determination make her climb Mt Everest.

Jealousy, Hate, and Fear are the most destructive emotions. Slowly and gradually it would break you internally. and also deter your positivity to work over your mind. As a result, you would be sick and cure is so difficult.

Why don’t you think Jealousy is a Terrible Disease. The person can’t progress with holding jealousness, on the other hand, they would think of showing superiority. So we should never make ourselves go the way that makes us weak and invaluable.

Dear Reader! Be happy and be the reason for someone’s happiness rather than making them feel inferior. It’s not affecting their life but you will be considered ill-mannered.

Don’t be sad If someone is jealous of your achievements. It means you’re superior!!! Tell them thanks for realizing your value. they wanna see you do good but not better than them. It’s Mental Cancer they need to control these unusable thoughts and emotions.

Never take any decision in this situation. You’re not understanding the need and keep going on. The last thing I would say to you is that it’s ok to have the thinking in mind but never bring it in implications. otherwise, you would be regret doing so.

Expectations ruined thousands of lives

Friends, the expectation is not a word of eleven letters rather it is closely connected to emotions, trust, and feelings.

To expect means you’re attached to them with respect, values, or emotions. To expect means you have trust in their involvement in your life. To expect means you feel it. To expect means you’re too strong to be broken by difficulty!!!

Each and every moment you’re living with a hope of being better than the past, it is called expectation. You expect God will do best. Your happiness remains for a long hour but bad days bring your confidence down. And you feel disappointed. If you get Another option, a hope you engage yourself in that. In this way, expectation gave you lives.

Often, it seems expectation, the reason for our mood off, or disappointment. Some of you may never get hope again. I think you have made a mistake in recognizing people and their intentions. Instead of having a strong trust in your lord. You’re involved with dishonest people and making them a part of your big decision when expectations break down you are hurt much. Can’t say how and when you will take it out from there.

Don’t blame people for disappointing you. Blame yourself for expecting too much from them. You know what expectations is positively nice. It gives us hope for better, no worry it can be broken but for some moments it is like medicine for your unhealthy situation. Even though, you need to keep it within the limit.

Expectations are not bad if you keep them within the limit. Limit yourself from being closed, limit yourself from expecting people will come to you in need. Oh! Listener to your heart and can differentiate their behaviors. You know who is your real well-wisher. Then why you’re pushing yourself into the fire. Don’t expect with everyone. You can’t be everyone’s priority!!!!

Healthy expectations give you the power to fight with negativity. Yup! It’s like medicine in your difficulty. To understand! Suppose you have to admit to any central university, so you work hard for it. But also keep plan B. Eventually, you did not crack it. Your confidence level goes down But this is only plan B!! That becomes your expectation at that time and you try again with more effort. In this way, expectations give you power.

Unhealthy expectations make us feel insecure. friends! It’s truly said that the more you expect from others the more you will be insecure. Even your own actions and behavior will hurt you. Don’t think that they will understand your emotions. Emotions are nothing for this materialistic world. Why not you think of your own company. Enjoy it. No one can understand you more than you know. Satisfy your soul. Don’t wait for people to the attention to you. You need your own understanding

Why Indian parents care more about grade?

India is a country with diverse population. A country where over 100 languages are widely spoken consisting of different group. According to 2011 census, the literacy rate is 72.98% which ranks above Bangladesh and Nepal. Nevertheless Indians are inclined towards the old colonial system of education and least progression could be observed from the past 70 years. Besides being the fastest growing population rate, Indian youths can be traced in every field. However, majority of population in India favours marks more than skill development.

HISTORY OF INDIAN EDUCATION

Traditionally education meant ritual and cultural knowledge and that too was prevalent only among high caste groups-the Brahims . Female education was almost negligible. People prefer environmental studies ,sitting under the sheds of tree and glorifying its beauty. Earlier there were no concrete buildings with well furnished infrastructure, nature was the only companion for studies. This phenomenon drastically changed after colonisation and is still prevalent. Number of missionary institutions were established by English men to spread their religion. Over the period of time different implementations took place by the colonial government in order to revive Indian education system. Finally in 1854 a charter was issued by Charles wood, providing a definite structural base. This has laid the foundation of the present system of education in India. Even after independence ,our forefather stretched widely upon the importance of education. Following this different programs and policies have been enacted for the development of our system but are these changes have created any impact on skill development?

MINDSET OF PARENTS

In India grades are consider to be the most appropriate version of judging anyone. Indian parents are more worried about their child’s grade and least care about skill development. One cannot condemn any individual for this stubborn regime, It is the society comprising we people who appreciate this system of learning. Indian education system is like engulfing prepackaged food and vomit it on answer sheet. There is a stereotype prevalent in society that compares one child to other in order to gain the superiority. A man from cradle to death is stick to one goal that is to earn money and live a peaceful life, there are few who can see the beauty of life through creative and progressive mindset. In India all board exams are stick to a prescribed book where every year almost similar pattern of questions come and the exam process follow stick read and learn regime.This led to least interaction and speaking ability among children since they have always been taught to follow an obstinate system.In spite of this, academic development of child is almost unpercieved and this become one of the reason behind only 35 olympic medals won by India. Marks scored can perhaps help in career advancement opportunities but in the day after one’s caliber retain more importance. Indian parents never lose any run to boast their child’s performance and always anticipate for the best. The most astonishing thing is taking the example of millionaires who became highly commendable figure despite of their struggles in the classroom. For instance Steve Job, Charles Dickens, Walt Disney, Kailash Katkar and the lists never stop. Since majority of Indian jobs are owned by the recruiting company which judges on the basis of marks obtained , parents put grade at the highest pedestal. Least interaction of children with their parents also barred the flow of understanding and very few parents are there to acknowledge their child’s inner talent .Those English men have improved their education system and ours are still remain the same .After 1991, Indian government put more importance on globalisation, privatisation and liberalisation and no light on reviving old regime. Although in 1986 Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi had taken this issue under consideration, though the quality of education was seen as a problem and thus several initiatives were more in need to counter the problem and this continues. Until this time almost negligible affect can be witnessed on the rejuvenation of our education system. Revitalisation of our system will probably create some difference in perception of parents and they would notice their child’s attention in extra curriculum more.

IMAGINATION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN KNOWLEDGE BECAUSE KNOWLEDGE IS LIMITED AND IMAGINATION ENCIRCLES THE WORLD -ALBERT EINSTEIN

We need to understand the value of assertive study. According to Mahatma Gandhi education is not confined to books and papers besides he gave more importance to art and sports. For Gandhi education is attained only through morality and ethics.Nowadays even literate and civilised men are involved in malpractices because there is a least implication of their study, therefore it is very important for us to make our child aware of assertive studies which is based on their practical knowledge.

Being in love in this generation is terrifying

Love is the Immortal truth of humankind no one is a stranger to this topic, so I have chosen the discussion to make you aware of what you are going through is love or attraction or something else. Oh! Dear, I have no intentions to hurt your emotions, just trying to show you the right way. you should understand it.

Does love Exist in this World?

Firstly true love exists in this world but it’s rare. Go to the history you can’t imagine it again. How much purity they have in love. But in this new generation, you can rarely find a pure heart. Because everything is becoming materialistic and people are happy with that. You are looking for your comfort that’s your unfulfilled needs. I would directly say you seek people in place of need. When it is fulfilled you will be bored of the same person. And your story will end with the line *you deserve better* this is the truth of this materialistic world.

How disgusting! The New generation is playing with love game with the intensions of winning a lot of people. They are trying to impress one after another. For more twists, if you will avoid them they will take it as a challenge, with every effort, will succeed in winning you after this. game over!!!

Does love means attraction?

Listen to me! Love is not a game to play whatever the new generation is doing it’s just an attraction they are trying to fulfill their needs. They don’t wanna their ego to be hurt. Don’t be silly, take yourself to the situation when you will get a better partner your emotions seem to change and this will be another chance or stage of your false attachment.

Oh, listener! Being in love in this generation is so terrifying. You can’t avert the requirement of love. You can’t avert the demand of your lover. you will have fear of their ignorance. You will have fear of their annoying not because you love them but also for the fear of breakup.

Does this means change or do they create misunderstanding?

Be matured! Be your own! If love is taking you to the fear. If love is creating misunderstanding between you, if love is forcing you to change, It’s not love anymore. ask yourself the reason why you love him/her. Are they important during your bad days? Do you remember him when you are happy! Do you remember him during prayers? Do you remember or want him during difficulty or do they at least try to take over it? Try to understand the difference…. . Whether it’s love or false attachment!!

Difference between attachment and love..!!

In false attachment, you will find comfort with that person but in true love, his presence will make you uncomfortable, you will seek their happiness and respect. true love doesn’t have a care what society will say, it doesn’t have care for the family will accept or not? It’s not a big issue if the family will not accept your love you are their own child they will not avoid you for more days. I don’t say to go against your parents but you keep them in your decisions. Oh! plzz take care of their happiness. Parents are a big example of true love.

True love is everlasting but attachment is encumbering. You would never be disappointed in true feelings. Even though they never express their feeling with each other, it’s the purity of their soul. In my experience, no word is discovered so far to express the feelings of pure heart and soul.

Hope! You will get it completely, so I will suggest you don’t waste your energy on false emotions otherwise nothing will be left except regret!!! You will become faithless or will be in search of pleasure by playing love games and hurting others’ feelings.

Keep in mind if someone really hurt by you because of your actions and there is no involvement of their actions then you will have to fulfill the penalty of their tears.

Today’s topic is common but we need to see this in different opinion or views. Now a day students are making themselves worthless with digital feelings or thoughts.

No matter what they learn! no matter their parents have sacrificed their life for him! no matter their elders try to make them understand the values of time and emotions! no matter at all.They are becoming selfish, rude and arrogant.These all are product of social media…

We can’t imagine students without having social media as their priority. They are busy in making friends and used to chat for pleasure, yess! this is virtual world. everything seems like your need. But the truth is completely different. Your sources of pleasure are making you unpleasant. You should be aware of this.

Students are taking it so light as the phone is part of their life. I don’t think so,we are addicted to phone,Nope! We are not addicted to phone, we are addicted to messages,games, vulgar videos and so on.

Suppose these all are provided in other source of medium more easily we would like to use that all.Dear listener phone is not an addiction your behaviour,your work are making it addiction. as you are just a learner you have no idea how and where to go.!!!

And this social media is taking you the way that make you feel pleasure. But it underestimated your real need. You have to choose that. no one is going to do so why are you wasting your time in chit chat on social media digital emotions are not truth. Its just virtual.

I feel much sorrow that. Students are poisoning their lives. They are forgetting the relationships and values.They don’t have respect for teacher also. they are thinking that teachers are as much as a friend. This is good at a limit. But Shameful..!!! Their stupidity attached with teachers for bad intentions , they are finding emotions on social media.Can’t believe how can a students think so… 😐 teachers are considered as parents. They should be seen respectfully.

Much sorrowful..!!The digital life is filling the stupidity in your mind. You need to understand it. Don’t waste your energy so that you will regret after the time.

Listener! Social media is not bad but your behaviour are making this platform worst. Plzzzzz try to feel my words you have only 10 yrs in which 15 to 21 is for hardwork. 21 to 25 age is for skill. So decide today and now how to prove yourself!! How will you get real values or emotions in future. how will you manage with all the difficulties,you have to control your emotions,you have to learn a lot of lesson.

Friends! * Don’t rush for followers or fans, you were not born to take everyone attention. *Just choose and go through the right way god will there. *Take advice of elders,they are not your enemy they will suggest you better.* live your life with some principles of goodness. Because I am remembering one day my teacher said that what is giving you pleasure now It will be the causes of your destroy one day!

Take it lightly! Emotions are your strength!

Dear friends, displaying emotion is not a show of weakness but rather it is a show of strength. Tremendous strength and self-confidence. If some actions are hurting you if the situation is painful and you cannot hold up to it. Everything is going against your expectations. Your closest one is not understanding, you’re becoming possessive day after day.

Stop for a while! Think of a moment that’s all are poisoning you slowly and gradually. Why are you pushing yourself there? Your feelings and emotions are good but overthinking are not going to help anyway.

Oh! Dear, let’s not go there. Take it lightly don’t make your heart rule over your brain. It is ruling over your health. You are not gonna healthy anymore. Remembered one thing! Everything happens for your goodness.

In fact, you should celebrate it as you are emotional! You can observe the situation deeply. I’m not saying to handle it with emotions, but to handle the situation you need extra effort rather than emotions. I know emotions are much better than observing things to learn the rule of nature. But you should be mature a bit.

Having a love for someone, irrigation for others is a good sign that you are truly learning from the surrounding. You can observe the behaviors of the environment. You know who is your real well-wisher and who doesn’t care about your existence.

So, Don’t feel regret for being emotional yarr… You’re unique and sensitive. You’re strong too. With the passage of time, you will realize how much emotions helped you.

Think! If you don’t care who is nice or worse to you. You will not find them in a time of difficulties. The situation will be more perplexed they will show you with words like they are your true wellwisher. But you will recognize them with emotions. See your family why are they standing for you every time and in any situation? They have an emotional attachment to you. It’s really true dear!

Emotions make you more strong but you have to decide will you use this weapon for decoration or fight with difficulty. Don’t make yourself available to those who don’t care about your emotions and hurt you with their behaviors. You deserve the best so, don’t rush for attention just be busy with your business. Why not Men? They Also Need Empowerment

When we talk about empowerment. It seems ”everybody is busy empowering women who are preparing men for these empowered women? ” I am not saying that women empowerment is exploiting men but How can we ignore the existence of men in our society? It is important to love and support them in our lives.

Men need real help. they need empowerment emotionally and mentally. we often have complaints that guy broken my heart, used me, blaa..blaa..blaa… It’s because there is a lack of our support in their lives as a father, brother, cousin, husband, and friends. They always seem to sacrifice their needs and give priority to us as a family. but who is standing for them? We are too selfish to think of their personal life, emotions, needs, and sacrifices.

Dear sisters, It is also an orthodoxy thinking that we used to hand over car or gun to boy from childhood. If they cry we say you are a boy! Don’t cry like a girl. Oh really! I just laugh at these kinds of stuff. Although they may be strong physically that doesn’t mean They have no heart? No emotions? Why can’t They cry? They don’t show their personal problems like us. But why? Why we are making it a more orthodoxy society?

If we compare the empowerment of women to men. I think they need more empowerment because women are not tied or not responsible for look after their family, no matter how much they earn? Men are supposed to provide for the family. so they have no option instead of making themselves a strong pillar of their family. they manage everything with sincerity Just like a soldier of family. They are More accountable than us. But sorry to say we are becoming selfish. We have no care for their happiness.

I know we want empowerment. we like to be self-dependent. Dear sister, that doesn’t mean we don’t need anyone. In every moment of life, we are supported by them as a father, brother, cousin, husband, and friends. I would say without a man women’s empowerment is not possible! Look at your father, he is the person who is with you since your birth. Your brother is your childhood friend.

Why don’t you think of their struggle for making your family more strong and happy? Is anything they want in return? Why they are doing so? They have no self intentions. we talk about the empowerment of women WHY NOT MEN? They need empowerment because They are going through a lot of emotional vulnerabilities, insecurity, pressure, and torture. But they don’t express. They have to face failures in life.

One of The most common pressure that faced by man is the pressure of being well settled. And provide for the family. No doubt women have become independent but No matter how much she earn, men are supposed to provide for their family not only family but for a good society, Men are one of the major part.

So we as women are supposed to strengthen them to face challenges. It’s most important to love and support them. A strong men in society means more strong women.

In the end, I would like to thank all the men in my life as a father, brothers, teachers, and friends. So many men have helped me so much throughout my life. I can’t return them… I’m really grateful to all the men and proud of them

Do We Really Keep Promise?

Someone asked me, why don’t you trust and why is it so hard to trust people. I replied to them with a question that why is it so hard to keep a promise?

I know people make promises for good intentions but the conclusion .we find 99% fail to keep it.

If you make a promise you should realize that promise is not a word to say and win the world it’s someone’s hope. It may become the reason for happiness. It may become life. So before keeping a promise ask yourself are you able or not?

Friends! I noticed one thing about the promise. We all have someone who claims to be available for us in every situation. They promise us to be real well-wishers. I think many of them are cunning as they play with other’s emotions.

You are too innocent to know their intentions. They have nothing to do but you’re not jobless. They are satisfying their ego but you’re not understanding.

They don’t think of your feelings .their promise may become your expectations If it breaks you may break too. your hopes will be ruined. It may be the cause of vast destruction.

We should not expect anything from anyone. I have no friend circle, I am just civil to all and familiar with few. Now the matter of trust! You will meet lots of people. some people will claim to be your trust. If you agree with them. They will leave you after satisfying their intentions. You will be left in the meantime when you need.

I am sharing my personal opinion about the promise that Many people tried their level based to make me understand that they’re without any intentions. I just kept it in mind and to prove it just created a test to know. Are they real or not?

I came to the conclusion that they were just using my time to satisfy their ego. It was very surprising for me first time. After the day Never believed anyone except My lord. Because He is the only one who doesn’t like me for his shake.

I would like advice, especially to girls that In this materialistic world you have to be aware of your surrounding. Don’t give them chance to hurt you. They have many options but you will be broken easily. So plz stay away from such kinds of false people who make promises. you may understand their intention immediately if you’re aware of what they are going through.
