What we need is ‘Equity’ not ‘Equality’
Listen! Equity and equality are two different aspects. Both do not match anyway. Equality means having the same opportunity or rights and so on. Whereas equity means existing needs.
To understand, suppose you and your wife are working in a company. The Company gave her leaves, for treatment during pregnancy. Will you also ask for leave? As you may say I have to take care of her,I want leave. Some of you may say it’s against equality. Then say how many of you agree? I think you will have understood the differences.
In the same way, Everyone and everything is different in this world. Each has its own values. It’s silly to say that we can make everything equal or common. Nope! Again reminding you, Even our creator did not like to do so. Who are you make these same?
People are of different thoughts, religions, sex, social background. We should respect these differences, Avoiding discrimination. It’s good to provide them needs and facilities not for equality but for equity.
So that this can reduce the adverse effects of inequalities. Let them achieve the level that they deserve in society. And plzz plzzz plzzz don’t make it severe in the name of feminism, socialism, and communalism.
I think there’s no need for such concepts like feminism and socialism and so on to understand equality. Just respect everyone supports them in need. It’s enough for the harmony and peace of a country or community. We need to change our mindset rather than law and reservation. Because in spite of these changes society is prevailing the same. People are the same.
Stop Complaining
Sometimes, we feel hopeless but we should know one thing seriously that everything happens for a good reason.
It may not be what you want but trust your creator he knows what is best for you.
God is looking for your hard work and determination. he will give you the best result. but we are taking our problems so hard. we see immediate but not the tomorrow, the tree not the fruit, thorn but not the rose.
We all are looking for the creation, not the creator. Why don’t you understand! He is improving your quality, making you strong .so that the whole criteria of the system to give or take, you may learn.
Don’t think too much of society. they would not like to see your hard work and determination. but the result so stops their useless advice in your life. Do your best whatever you do and keep patience. Stop complaining, Stop over thinking, and Trust your creator
Why should I need your attention?
I need attentions. I like being special for someone, these words are just destroyer of the whole human venture.Honestly! some people need to change there status updates to “No needs for attention “. But we are making ourselves so fragile who depend on other’s attention to satisfy own soul. Sometimes this create gloom led to depression.
We wait for people to judge us and keep their advice. If they don’t care, we got disappointment, situation goes more weak when we took away ourselves and engaged with emotional and discouragious quote, feel like having a lot of embarrassment.then we we take everything so serious even we don’t like positive people around us.
Avoiding positivity, we create woeful environment where happiness is not to live long. This might become cause of suicidal death and so on.
Now the question is,why should we seek for attention? All though we know! In reality No one care more than the priority and you can’t be everyone’s priority. So why should you need attention? Why don’t you think of being special for your soul. It’s rare but effective.
Listen! You are the best architect of your life. No one cam motivate you the way you can! So plzzz plzzz plzzz… Try to understand yourself. You can’t make anyone to care, Nope! They also don’t deserve your attention. So why are you going through that much harsh conditions. You will destroy yourself in that way.
If you think you’re sharing your feelings to get peace. Seriously? Then You’re shilly who are understanding you? They’re just entertaining!. Don’t allow them to do so.
One day you will realize how you have made yourself irritating, rude and undesirable character. That time you will regret much.

we know that we are living in a materialistic world. And it’s most critical to perceive who is our real well-wisher? For how long they will be with us? Do we have not any magical tools to know what they feel for us? How do they treat us internally? Though God has given us sincerity to distinguish what is happening around us with their actions, to understand what is good or what’s harsh?
Now the question is who is our true friend? If I say, no one, seriously no one can be more loyal than your soul. So your soul is the best and true friend ever. It knows all our situations, demands, and decisions. It supports you in every situation and tries to make you understand that something happens to learn from it. It gives a lot of sign to learn what is good or what’s not!
It’s truly said that friend in need is a friend indeed, so ask yourself who’ll be standing for you in your need,isn’t your soul? Which persuades you to keep patience.it heals our hearts when we have broken completely. That’s why the creator of the whole world gifted us the soul.
I noticed one thing that social media is becoming the platform of professional emotions. Where many have false attachment as a friend. In this way, friendship became invaluable and unemotional relationship.no one is truly attached or care.
The only best and sincere friend is our soul. But We are just ignoring it. And engaged with useless things in order to entertain ourselves. We are busy making money and living a luxurious life. rather than looking for happiness. But happiness is not in such things.

Be careful while making friends they may very good for you while your small mistake can make them your rival. whereas some lucky people got the sweetest friend as a gift of God. I’m also one of them. Alhamdulillah ❤.Your true friends are a blessing from God. Do they stand by your side no matter how the situation is? They will motivate you and boost up your capability. You can recognize them within your bad situation. They will never leave you alone.
In the end, you are personally advised not to share any privacy with anyone, because you don’t know what they look physically is the same behind you or not? Keep your feelings and emotions up to your soul. It’s a safe place to protect your expression of mind and heart.
*Four people*
Our society teaches us much. And in this society, there will be always four people who really don’t care what you’re going through. But They show as they care more than Your own soul. They will make you feel that they are your well-wishers. In actuality, they are jealous of your happiness and feel good to see you in pain. their free advice makes you feel disappointed.
If I say, truly experienced a story that there was an old father having 3 sons but they all lived away. The old father has no expectations from them to be his warrior in the future. Still, He was happy without them. Then the incident happened these Four people couldn’t tolerate his happiness, came to advise him and said: “They felt bad to show how much they care to form him and said your sons should help. You’re growing older”. Now, what could happen? They flashbacked after that. Here old man started thinking about it. Within 2 days he finds himself weak and got ill.
